RevenueWell works best when it can communicate with as many of your patients as possible. To do that, you'll need to get their emails and cell phones on file in your practice management system.
The RevenueWell enrollment forms are designed to collect missing contact information from patients. If a patient is missing a cell phone number, an email address, or both, they will be on the enrollment form in order of appointment time for the day.
You can print the enrollment from either the Home tab:
Or the Appointments tab:
Clicking on these buttons will generate a download that you can then print off. Have the patient fill in their missing information when they come in for their appointment. Then, be sure to add that information to your practice management system. The enrollment forms look like this:
