Patients are not given the option to cancel their appointments through RevenueWell; however, they can request to be contacted by the office.
- If the patient receives an e-mail, they are given the chance to click on a button that says, "Please Call Me." This will generate an alert in the home tab saying "[Patient] requested to be contacted about his appointment on [Appointment Date} at [Appointment Time}."
- If the patient receives a text message, they are prompted to press "2" to receive a call from the office. This generates the above alert in the Alerts tab.
- If the patient receives a phone call, they will be given the option to press "2" if they would like to get a call from the office. This generates the above alert in the Alerts tab.
