And surveys are for internal use only, so patients will never see them.
Note: Featuring a negative review isn’t necessarily a bad thing! A bad review, when surrounded by a ton of great ones, can serve to show you’re a real business serving real customers. The best way to handle a negative review is to respond to it politely and professionally.
