


How to filter by 'Pre-med options' with custom campaigns
You have the ability to filter recipients for a custom campaign using the pre-med filter. This feature helps target patients with pre-med requirements to help make them aware of what they need to do pre-appointment.
Within the “ADVANCED OPTIONS” of custom campaigns, there is a section for “Pre-med options”
Campaigns > Custom Campaigns > Filters > Advanced Options > Pre-med options:
The "Pre-med options" section you will choose one of the following options:

Pre-med requirements

No pre-med requirements
-
All patients
**Default option will be 'All patients'

Upon selecting your preferred pre-med requirement, click “Update Results” and the applied filter will show you an estimate of the campaign summary data of email recipients. It will also include the # of text message recipients, # of direct mail recipients, and cost of direct mail estimate:
