Within the ADVANCED OPTIONS of custom campaigns, there is a section for patient balances!
Campaigns > Custom Campaigns > Filters > Advanced Options > Patient Balance:
Upon selecting Patient Balance, the following options will appear:
- 30 Day Balance
- 60 Day Balance
- 90 Day Balance (By default, the balance filter will be applied to individual patients)
There is an option that allows you to filter by the total family balance. This will calculate the sum of the balances across all patients belonging to that single account:
Now click “Update Results” and the applied filter will show you an estimate of the campaign summary data of email recipients.
