The Campaign Registry (TCR) is a centralized mobile registry that verifies phone numbers in order to protect consumers from spam and unsolicited text messages. Register your practice with TCR so you can successfully text patients through Messenger and Campaigns in Marketing Platform.
With RevenueWell, TCR registration is mandatory to ensure there are no disruptions to patient communication. By registering your phone number with TCR, your practice number is seen as credible, consumers are protected from unwanted spam texts, and you can send texts directly to patients without interference. If you don’t complete TCR registrations, mobile carriers may flag your outbound texts as spam and block messages from being delivered to patients.

A2P 10DLC, also known as Application-to-Person 10-Digit Long Code, is the new standard text messaging framework for communication between businesses and their customers. A2P 10DLC is required by carriers, known as Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and is designed to improve the reliability and trustworthiness of application-to-person communications.
A2P 10DLC allows businesses to utilize standard 10-digit phone numbers to send application-initiated messages. This means that businesses can use their existing phone numbers or acquire dedicated 10-digit long codes specifically for A2P messaging.
However, it's important to note that the A2P 10DLC regulation involves a required registration process and has associated costs. Businesses must register a business profile, which includes information such as company name, industry, and intended use cases for messaging. This registration helps establish accountability and prevent abuse of the messaging system.
