Call History

  • To view call history through the RevenueWell Portal: 

    1. Click the phone icon on the left hand menu 

    2. Click Call History

  • Call History:

    • Search

      • By phone number or patient name

    • Select a call to view details, including: 

      • Caller Name - Patient Name or Caller ID Display Name

      • Caller Number

      • Timestamp

      • Duration

  • Filter calls by:

    Mailbox

    • My Calls (user-specific)
    • All Practice Calls

    Call Type

    • Inbound
    • Outbound
    • Missed Calls
    • All Calls - all of above

    Time Period

    • Today 
    • Yesterday 
    • Last 30 days
    • All Time
